Under such scenarios, we retain the right to refuse, cancel, or void any orders placed for products with clearly misstated pricing, even if the order has already been marked as paid and you have received an automatic order confirmation email from our system. We will notify you immediately to explain this situation once we detect the pricing error, and a full refund of the amount you paid will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Payment Terms and Transaction Security

Once we identify any of the above prohibited activities, we have the right to immediately restrict your account access, reject all your pending orders, and forfeit any promotional discounts or coupons you obtained through improper means. If your activities cause actual economic loss or reputational harm to our company, we reserve all rights to pursue full compensation and corresponding legal remedies through competent judicial authorities.

6. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content

You confirm and guarantee that you own all the legal intellectual property rights or have obtained full authorization from the relevant rights holders for any user-generated content you submit. Our company will not be liable for any copyright infringement disputes arising from the user-generated content you publish, and you agree to fully indemnify us for all losses, legal fees, and damages incurred if a third party brings a claim against us related to the content you submitted.
